Shipping & Delivery Policy

Local Delivery
We offer same-day local delivery for orders placed before 4:00 PM, Tuesday to Friday. Orders placed after 4:00 PM—or on Mondays when we are closed—will be delivered on the next business day.
Local deliveries are completed by 9:00 PM on the delivery day. If you need a specific time slot, please contact us in advance.

Collection
Same-day collection is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM, Tuesday to Saturday. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be ready for collection the next day. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Delivery Charges
Delivery charges and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

Delivery Areas
Local delivery is available in Bournemouth, Poole, and surrounding postcodes. Please ensure your postcode is correct at checkout to confirm eligibility.

Courier Delivery
Courier shipping is available for all products except raw food.
Raw food is only available for local delivery and cannot be shipped via courier.
